    YES!  Taylor is highly sensitive to anything that is below 14k gold plated and she wears her UNTAMED necklace every day and has never had any reaction to it.  She made sure to get high quality for this for other women who also have sensitive skin.

    Where are you located?

    We are based in the USA and we ship worldwide.

    How much does it cost to ship?

    It will depend on the products you get and where you are located. The site will calculate the shipping cost base in the items you ordered.  And we offer FREE shipping within USA in orders over $250.

    When will my package be sent out? 

    Every order is made in real time, therefore please allow up to two weeks for your order to arrive.

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    If in the US expect to receive your order within three to five business days after it is shipped (with flexibility), knowing that once it's out of our hands
    it's in the post office's hands.

    If you live outside of the US expect a few extra days to receive your order.

    How can I change my shipping address?

    If you wish to change your shipping address, please contact assist@thetaylorsimpson.com as soon as possible. 

    Since we process orders as quickly as possible to expedite shipping times, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to adjust your order details before your order begins processing but we’ll do our best.

    All our sales, unless damaged or defective, are final.

    We ask that you review all the information about this product before you commit to buying.  Please review all photos in detail, as well as, make sure the dimensions and sizes will work best for your life and will suit your personal needs.  We are fully confident that if used correctly you will experience growth and transformation.

    My item was damaged or defective, what do I do to exchange?

    We're so sorry to hear your item arrived damaged or defective.

    Follow these steps for an exchange (we do not honor refunds):

    Step 1: Please take a picture of the damage (Item must be unused. I.e. Journal cannot have any writing in it and sage cannot be burned - any signs of use will forfeit an exchange)

    Step 2: Send us an email with a brief explanation of the damage, attach the picture and send it to:

    Step 3: We will respond within 24-48 hours with next steps to exchange your order.
