Refund policy

All our sales, unless damaged or defective, are final.

We ask that you review all the information about this product before you commit to buying. 

Please review all photos in detail, as well as, make sure the dimensions and sizes will work best for your life and will suit your personal needs. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Follow these steps for an exchange (we do not honor refunds):

Step 1: Please take a picture of the damage (Item must be unused. I.e. Journal cannot have any writing in it and sage cannot be burned - any signs of use will forfeit an exchange)

Step 2: Send us an email with a brief explanation of the damage, attach the picture and send it to:

Step 3: We will respond within 24-48 hours with the next steps to exchange your order.
